so you continue receiving webinar reminders, market updates,
educational resources, account notices, and other important
member communications.
Your email provider decides where incoming messages are
delivered. Saving our address and correcting any messages
placed in Spam or Junk helps your provider recognize that
you want to receive StickyTrades communications.

Add our new email address to your contacts.

Add us as a safe sender when your provider offers that option.

Mark any misplaced StickyTrades message as Not Spam or Not Junk.
Safe sender instructions
Select your provider below and follow the steps that match
the device or version you use.
Add StickyTrades to Google Contacts
Open Google Contacts while signed into the Google
account that receives your StickyTrades emails.
Adding StickyTrades to Google Contacts is the simplest
recommended step. The optional filter provides another
signal that messages from this address should not be
placed in Spam.
Add the sender to Contacts or mark the sender
as a VIP.
If the message is in Junk, move it back to
the Inbox.
Apple Mail does not present the same universal
“Safe Senders” menu as Outlook. Saving the contact,
moving legitimate messages out of Junk, and optionally
marking the sender as a VIP are the most useful steps.
Look in your settings for a section named
Safe Senders,
Allowed Senders,
Whitelist, or
Approved Senders.
Add our complete email address to that list.
Check your Spam, Junk, Bulk Mail, or Quarantine folder.
Mark any legitimate StickyTrades message as
Not Spam or Not Junk.
Members using a company, school, or organization email
may need to ask their email administrator or IT department
to allow the address or the
broadcast.stickytrades.com domain.
