Cruise Cabin Giveaway – Official Terms & Conditions

VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. ELIGIBILITY IS LIMITED TO CURRENT PAID ULTIMATE MEMBERS AS DESCRIBED IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES.

1. Sponsor

The Cruise Cabin Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by StickyTrades® (“Sponsor”).

2. Promotional Period

The Promotion begins on August 7, 2026 and ends on August 25, 2026 at 4 PM EST. (“Promotion Period”). Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

Eligibility is limited to individuals who are current, paid Ultimate Members of StickyTrades®.

Eligible participants include:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Existing paid Ultimate Members.

• Individuals who upgrade to a paid Ultimate Membership (monthly or annual) during the Promotion Period.

To remain eligible, entrants must maintain an active, paid Ultimate Membership through the date the winner is selected. A current, paid Ultimate Member is defined as a member whose Ultimate subscription is active, paid, and in good standing.

The following individuals are not eligible:

• Individuals on a free trial membership.

• Former Ultimate Members whose memberships are no longer active.

• Members whose subscriptions have expired, been canceled, or are otherwise inactive.

• Individuals who have already purchased a cabin for the October Cruise Seminar.

• Employees of Sponsor and their immediate family members, if applicable.

4. Entry

Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry into the random drawing. Multiple membership payments, renewals, or upgrades do not result in additional entries unless otherwise announced by Sponsor.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

• One (1) standard cruise cabin for the October 2026 Cruise Seminar.

• The cabin accommodates the winner and one (1) guest (double occupancy).

• Sponsor will pay the cruise cabin fare and applicable port taxes for both occupants.

The prize does not include, and the winner is solely responsible for:

• Airfare

• Transportation to and from the cruise departure port

• Hotels before or after the cruise

• Parking

• Ground transportation

• Gratuities

• Travel insurance

• Beverage packages

• Wi-Fi

• Shore excursions

• Specialty dining

• Personal purchases

• Optional cruise upgrades or add-on packages

• Any other expenses not expressly stated as included

The winner may bring one (1) guest. The guest must meet all cruise line eligibility requirements and complete any required travel documentation.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries after the Promotion Period has ended. The winner will be notified using the contact information associated with their Ultimate Membership account.

The selected winner must respond and accept the prize within five (5) business days of notification. If the selected winner:

• Does not respond within five (5) business days;

• Is determined to be ineligible;

• Declines the prize;

• Is unable or unwilling to travel on the scheduled cruise dates;

• Fails to complete any required booking documentation by the deadline established by Sponsor;

the prize will be forfeited, and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

7. Prize Conditions

The prize consists only of the cruise cabin and applicable port taxes for the winner and one (1) guest. Sponsor will not reimburse or pay for:

• Transportation to or from the departure port

• Airfare

• Hotels

• Cabin upgrades

• Additional guests

• Beverage packages

• Wi-Fi

• Excursions

• Specialty dining

• Travel insurance

• Gratuities

• Optional cruise packages

• Personal expenses

• Any other optional purchases made by the winner or guest

If the winner is unable or unwilling to travel for any reason, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is:

• Non-transferable

• Not redeemable for cash

• Not exchangeable for store credit, membership credit, or reimbursement

• Not assignable or transferable to another individual

No cash equivalent or substitute prize will be provided, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

8. General Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree to:

• Be bound by these Official Terms & Conditions.

• Accept Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion.

• Permit Sponsor to use their name, city, state, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control affects the fairness or integrity of the Promotion.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Terms & Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

9. Limitation of Liability

Sponsor shall not be responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

• Technical malfunctions or communication failures.

• Incorrect or outdated contact information provided by entrants.

• Delays, cancellations, itinerary changes, or other actions by the cruise line or travel providers.

• Any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of the prize, except where prohibited by law.

10. Governing Law

This Promotion shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
